Introduction
CUA Insurance's history can be traced to a few small credit unions in the 1940s. Through numerous changes they became Credit Union Australia in 1980. CUA is Australia's largest customer-owned financial institutions. I went to the "About Us" tab on the website where I checked a few things out. First they show you pictures and backgrounds of all their board members. They do the same with their executive management team. I found this refreshing as you can put a face with who you are talking to. Almost everything about CUA is available for viewing from how they are set up to their ethics statement. For reviews of other insurance companies similar to this one, you should also check out NAB Insurance Reviews, HBF Insurance Reviews and Insurance Reviews.
