Introduction

Some people prefer to deal with companies that are in their local area. If you are someone that has the same preference when it comes to looking for insurance, you may decide to check out BankSA Insurance. As you may have known, BankSA is one of the premier banks in Southern Australia meaning it is one that you can be sure will benefit you in some ways.

For reviews of other insurance companies similar to this one, you should also check out Calliden Insurance Reviews, SGIC Insurance Reviews and Travelsure Insurance Reviews.

The first thing that I did was have a look at BankSA's website. The links to their insurance product page were displayed on the top of the page. I also noticed that besides insurance, they also offer investments, credit cards, and loans. However in this review we will only be covering their insurance selections. I had a quick browse at each of their products like Home Loan Protection Insurance, Loan Repayment Insurance and Life Insurance, and even saw ways to obtain a quote. Here is some information.

Policies and Covers

  • Travel Insurance - According to BankSA's website, there are five different plans that you can choose from, depending on where you are going overseas or domestically within Australia and the budget that you are willing to afford. As an overview, some of the things you will be able to make claims for are stolen documents, stolen luggage, overseas medical expenses, a worldwide emergency assistance and many more.
  • Car Insurance - As more people realise the convenience of a car, the risks of road collision and damages are on the rise. One way to ensure that you won't have to go through a nightmare if something bad happens is by taking out this policy. Three levels of cover are available; Comprehensive, Third Party & Theft, and Third Party Property Damage.
  • Home and Contents Insurance - The great thing about BankSA is that they offer two types of covers; Residential Home and Contents, and Landlord Homes & Contents Insurance. As you can see, as long as you are own a property, you will be able to get a poicy.
